Ken Kellaway, Jr.Chairman, President, CEO and Founder
Ken founded Kellaway Intermodal & Distribution Systems, Inc. in 1988 and grew this business from a standalone warehouse company to a $100M business and New England's premier full service logistics operation. Over a 10 year period Kellaway became New England's largest, full service logistics company offering "Single Source Solutions" to both international shipping companies and importers/exporters alike. Kellaway Intermodal was selected as an INC. 500 company two years in a row. In 1995 Kellaway founded Quality Logistics Solutions, Inc, a dedicated logistics company offering private fleet management services and nationwide truckload and intermodal line-haul services. Quality Logistics became the largest Agent in the US for Mark VI Transportation, the country's second largest intermodal marketing company, 5 years in a row. In 2000 Kellaway and Quality became two of the founding companies of RoadLink USA. Ken also founded E*Fill America in 2002 which is now one of North Americas largest capacity providers of warehouse/distribution space with over 50 Million square feet and 120 locations. He received his undergraduate degree from Providence College in 1985 and his MBA from Babson Business School in 1987. He lives in Norwell, MA with his wife and 3 children. Keith A. Keith has a demonstrated ability and skill to develop strategies that deliver volume, market share, profit, margin and equity growth. His specific beverage industry experience includes: carbonated soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, new age products, functional beverages, waters and juice / juice related products. Keith's extensive product and category platform experience includes: branded, private label, control label, contract pack and vending. Keith has held senior corporate sales, field sales and marketing positions with Polaroid Corporation, Philip Morris, Dr Pepper / Seven Up, Quaker Oats and Foto Fantasy, Inc. He has also held senior management positions at Total Quality Beverage, Inc., and Xstream Beverage Network, Inc., both start-up / entrepreneurial branded beverage companies focused on sales, marketing, merchandising, distribution and consulting in the New Age Beverage category. Keith is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Andy SteeleVice President Business Development-RetailPrior to coming on board to pura vida h2o, Andy was the Vice President of Business Development-Small Format for The Coca Cola Company. In that role, he managed the national and regional chain account sales responsibility for the portfolio of brands including Vitaminwater, Smartwater, Powerade, Fuze, NOS and Full Throttle. Andy was on the executive management team that ultimately sold Glaceau to Coca Cola for a record $4.2 billion in May 2007. Andy built the Glaceau business from scratch in the Convenience Store, Drug and Value channels of business to its 20 million case mark in 2010. Andy has developed a diverse and deep retail background over the last 20 years while working in progressively expanded roles at Caldor, Staples, Store24/Tedeschi's and Shell Oil. He assisted Staples in becoming the fastest company ever to $1 billion in sales. Additionally, Andy was on the management team that prepared the Store 24 Companies for their eventual sale to Tedeschi's in 2002. Andy serves on the board of directors for Copper Mountain Beverage and is an advisor for The Snack Factory company based in Princeton, NJ. He received his undergraduate degree from Babson College in 1991 and resides in The Woodlands, TX with his wife Sarah and three children, Katherine, Jack and Anna. Joseph PareceControllerJoe is an experienced finance executive with 30 years experience. He is a results oriented controller with outstanding managerial and analytical skills. Most recently, Joe was the Controller for Subsalve USA Corporation, an innovator in the design and manufacturing of engineered inflatables since 1977. Previously, he spent 10 years as Controller for Roadlink, USA New England, LLC., a $40M transportation business where he oversaw all aspects of accounting operations including, cash management, payroll, accounts payables/receivables, and financial reporting. Prior to Roadlink, Joe was the Controller for Kellaway Intermodal Distribution Systems and was instrumental in facilitating the growth of the company from $0 - $100M in revenues. Earlier in his career he was General Ledger Accountant for Calore Freight System, Inc. Joe is a resident of Pawtucket, RI. Al GenisChief EngineerAl brings more than 30 years of technology experience, to Pura vida h2o, more than half of which he had direct working experience with a variety of complex DI water systems used for semi conductor processes. In addition, Al has developed numerous complete home water purification systems in his surrounding community. Most recently, he was employed at Apollo Diamond, Inc. where he was the Director of Advanced Technology, and one of the original employees of the company. Over the past 10 years he was responsible for developing processes for growing diamond, fabrication techniques as well as the design and maintenance of equipment and the water purification cooling systems that were essential to the process. He has held quality and management roles with companies such as Soitech, Schlumberger, Micro Core and Ibis Technology. He holds numerous patents in processes development and design and has ten publications. Prior to founding pura vida h2o, Ken was Chief Operating Officer of RoadLink Intermodal Logistics, North America's largest intermodal transportation company and warehouse workforce solutions provider, with over 5000 associates and drivers and 120 locations Nationwide. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions as well as direct sales efforts the company grew from revenues from $150M to over $450M under Ken's direct management during the period from 2000 to 2009. Ken was one of the company's original founders and also a member of its Senior Leadership Team. Ken served as the President of the East Region and was also Chief Commercial officer responsible for key aspects of the marketing, acquisitions and strategic positioning of RoadLink, prior to becoming COO. The company was successfully sold to a major private equity firm in NY in 2008.
